Contact CATS U so staff can create a private Facebook/Zalo group, then write the exact group name on every parcel. The tracking number is posted in the group when issued.
The base freight rate includes customs-clearance service fees only within the confirmed scope. It excludes Vietnamese VAT, EU import duty/import VAT where incurred, pickup, home delivery, remote-area or special-address surcharges, and any charge outside the quotation.

Three channels – three purposes
Facebook/Zalo groups provide written confirmation of quotations, acceptance conditions, schedules, group names and tracking numbers.
Customer Portal privately manages parcels, orders, statements, documents, balances and support replies. Operations Portal shows public shipment progress only and never displays personal customer data.
What is a Cat’s U electronic receipt?
Once a parcel is recorded in the system, Cat’s U issues an electronic receipt containing the case code, parcel code, intake time, collection point, images and provisional weight. It is stored in the customer account. It is not a VAT invoice or the final freight confirmation.
Authorised reception points
Hà Nội, Nghệ An and Hà Tĩnh are authorised reception points, not company branches. They accept goods only according to a Cat’s U confirmed schedule and may not set prices, promise flights, change transport conditions or collect payment without official confirmation. A valid receipt must be issued by the Cat’s U system.
