Reference information
For standard goods, the 5 kg to under 20 kg bracket is €8.30/kg, with an estimated transit of 8–12 days. Reference limits are 25 kg per parcel and 60 × 50 × 40 cm. Shipments exceeding 20 kg total volumetric weight are quoted individually.
Payment and conversion
Vietnam → EU air freight is paid 100% to the company account within three days of departure. VND conversion uses 1 EUR = VND 30,600.
Goods requiring separate approval
- Batteries, battery-powered devices and power banks.
- Liquids, cosmetics, perfume and aerosols.
- Medicines, supplements, food and branded goods.
- Alcohol and tobacco are not accepted on this route.
