One consistent process
Staff confirm the route, goods category, intake schedule and address in writing in the group. Customers do not need to obtain a separate “case code” before sending on the Vietnam → Europe route.
- Create the private group and confirm the intake address.
- Write the exact group name on every parcel.
- The warehouse records photos, time and provisional weight.
- CATS U issues an electronic receipt in the Portal.
- Tracking and journey milestones are added when available.
Choose air or sea freight
Air freight suits standard dry goods that need faster transit. Sea freight suits larger, non-urgent consignments. Batteries, liquids, medicines, cosmetics and branded goods require individual review; the tool never approves them automatically.
Rate scope
The base rate includes customs-clearance service within the confirmed scope. It excludes Vietnamese VAT, EU import duty/import VAT if incurred, pickup, home delivery and items outside the quotation.
