Important conditions
Vietnam → EU air freight uses 1 EUR = VND 30,600. Sea freight is paid 50% before departure and 50% on arrival. Germany → Vietnam is reconciled at the Hanoi warehouse.
Not included
Vietnamese VAT, EU import duty/import VAT if incurred, pickup, home delivery, remote areas, special addresses, packing and items outside the confirmed scope. Batteries, liquids and special goods require written confirmation.
