A shipment weighing exactly 100 kg is charged at €3.30/kg, not the under-100-kg rate.

Calculation and timing
Estimated transit is 2.5–3.5 months. Each parcel uses the higher of actual and volumetric weight, calculated as Length × Height × Width / 6000. Bulky shipments require volume and sailing confirmation.
Excluded from the base rate
Home delivery is charged separately by country, postcode and parcel weight. Vietnamese VAT, EU import duty/import VAT if incurred, pickup and items outside the quotation are also excluded.
Sea freight does not accept alcohol, tobacco or branded goods.
