Rules for authorised points
- Goods are accepted only on a schedule confirmed by CATS U.
- They do not set prices, guarantee flights or change conditions.
- They do not collect payment without official confirmation.
- A valid receipt must be issued by the CATS U system.
Appointment-only areas
Da Nang, Thanh Hoa and Quang Binh are appointment-only service areas, not warehouses or branches. Always confirm time and handover location in the group first.
