Shipping process
- Obtain a customer code and confirm the German address via Facebook/Zalo.
- Include the customer code in the recipient name on every parcel.
- Pack, cushion and seal the parcel; the Berlin point does not provide packing.
- Reconciliation takes place at the Hanoi warehouse before payment confirmation.

Excluded scope
